Lighthouse Surf School

No injuries in our first lesson:)

Last Thursday we had our first advanced talk since Cafe Doc’s in the summer. It was a blast and we had Art from Neo Vida Media (www.neovidamedia.com) record the workshop so it will soon be available online for you to watch at home.

It’s a long way away from the quality of presentation that Dr. Jason was talking about at the Cafe Doc’s Summer BBQ but it’s a beginning.

This lesson was all about increasing the quality of your life through understanding how 2 specific hormones erode your long term health. And how to shut those killer hormones off.

Healing from Depression — Chelsea’s Story

Some of you have come to know Chelsea over the last few weeks as she has taken over the front desk. Most don’t know that she came to us as a client first.
