A great reminder that you will get what you focus on. The North American mindset is to focus on disease to understand health, try to fix weakness to become strong and this video points out that it’s completely backwards! We must focus on healing and health if that’s what we want. Focusing on disease, as much as it has it’s place, will not create health. . . it will just help us understand disease. Subtle but huge — focus on disease, get more disease. . .focus on health, get more health.
